Tremendous is the fast, free, flexible way to send bulk payouts to people in over 230 countries and regions. 20,000+ companies ranging from mom-and-pops to Google, MIT, and United Way have sent over $1 billion, saving 15 hours a month on average.

In both our product and our workplace, we’re intentional about making work more efficient, flexible, and fulfilling. Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life.

Our customers, who include marketers, researchers, HR teams, and nonprofits, rave about how quick and easy it is to use Tremendous — check the ratings on G2. Yet there’s a lot of complexity under the hood, including over 2,500 redemption options and plenty of banking infrastructure. This duality makes working here a fun challenge.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. Join us before our next international offsite.

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to keep our sales organization running smoothly and strategically. You’ll own the systems, processes, and insights that help our sales team operate efficiently and make smarter go-to-market decisions. This is a hands-on, highly analytical role that blends operational excellence with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll report to the Director of Revenue Operations and work closely with sales leadership, helping shape the future of how Tremendous grows.

What you’ll do

  • Own day-to-day sales operations including process updates, documentation, deal desk support, and commission tracking

  • Analyze pipeline health, customer segments, and performance trends to deliver actionable insights that drive GTM strategy

  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success, coordinating initiatives and ensuring alignment

  • Lead sales enablement as a program, partnering with internal teams to improve onboarding, training, and content delivery

  • Design and improve sales workflows and reporting in HubSpot and BI tools to increase accuracy and efficiency

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to translate business needs into operational solutions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

You have

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations at a B2B SaaS or fintech company

  • Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into insights and recommendations

  • Comfort working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus) and BI tools like Mode or similar

  • Excellent cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

  • A detail-oriented mindset and passion for operational precision

  • A track record of learning new tools quickly and building scalable processes

Why work with us

  • You’ll shape how a high-performing sales organization scales globally, influencing strategy, systems, and process design.

  • You’ll work directly with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product for high visibility and impact.

  • You'll work at a company growing quickly yet sustainably. We’re profitable with plenty more opportunity ahead.

  • Competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000.

  • We're a remote company. Work from wherever you want in the Americas.

  • Smart people and a great culture. See our company handbook.
