About the role

The Sales Operations Specialist is the central force that keeps Riot’s revenue engine running with accuracy, discipline, and operational clarity. This role owns the systems, processes, and reporting that enable leadership to understand performance, forecast effectively, and scale the business. As Riot expands beyond its Bitcoin‑mining foundation into a broader digital infrastructure company, the Sales Operations Specialist ensures our CRM, data flows, and revenue insights remain reliable, actionable, and aligned with strategic priorities.

This role is based on site in Denver, CO.


What You'll Do

  • Own and administer the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, user adoption, and alignment with sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain revenue dashboards and reporting, providing leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and performance trends.
  • Manage sales workflow and project tracking in Asana, ensuring accountability and timely execution across teams.
  • Maintain and refine Riot’s operating cadence (WBR/MBR/QBR/AOP), ensuring revenue insights and CRM data feed into all key deliverables.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure data consistency and unified reporting standards.
  • Support executive communications with revenue summaries, performance insights, presentations, and meeting documentation.
  • Review and refine written communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with leadership expectations.
  • Identify process gaps across the sales cycle and implement improvements that enhance data quality, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration, or PMO‑related roles.
  • Strong CRM administration skills (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), including data governance and workflow optimization.
  • Experience building dashboards and revenue reports using Excel/Sheets, BI tools, or CRM reporting features.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for refining internal and executive‑level communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exposure to technical or infrastructure‑driven industries is a plus.


Compensation and Benefits 

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
