About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist 2 to join our team of four providing on-site coverage for
our Denver and Castle Rock locations. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide essential front-line
support for our entire workforce—from executive leadership to production floor teams—ensuring
technical issues are resolved quickly and accurately the first time. This role involves managing local
assets, maintaining AV/conference systems, and facilitating site-specific technical projects.
Success in this role requires a creative problem-solving mindset, strong technical fundamentals,
and disciplined and organized execution of every task every time.
What You'll Do
- Resolve complex issues across Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, endpoint security,
- mobile, and SaaS apps.
- Manage incidents end-to-end, including triage, prioritization, status updates, and
- resolution validation.
- Provision and manage endpoints via Intune/Jamf to ensure encryption, patching, and
- compliance.
- Maintain hardware inventory and software licenses for onboarding, transfers, and
- offboarding.
- Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance at all assigned sites.
- Facilitate local IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and office expansions.
- Communicate site health and project status consistently to stakeholders and IT
- management.
- Ensure all support activities follow company security, ticketing, and audit protocols.
- Coordinate on-site vendors, including ISPs, low-voltage contractors, AV integrators, and cabling teams.
- Partner with central IT teams to ensure reliable local service delivery.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between Denver and
- Castle Rock.
Technical Fundamentals
- OS/Apps: Advanced proficiency in Windows 11, Intune, and the M365 suite
- (Teams/SharePoint/Exchange).
- Endpoints: e.g., Dell/Lenovo laptops, iPhones/iPads, Android, etc.
- Networking: Solid understanding of IP/DNS/DHCP/VLAN concepts to assist the Network
- team with local troubleshooting.
- Network environment: Enterprise Wi-Fi, Meraki/Cisco/Fortinet switches and Access Points.
- Security: Experience with EDR/AV, encryption, patching, and MFA/SSO basics.
- AV/UC: Hands-on experience with Teams Rooms and live meeting support.
Location
- Hands-on role split between corporate offices and fabrication floors, requiring active on-site
- presence.
- Based on-site 5 days per week to support Denver and Castle Rock teams (mileage
- reimbursed).
- Available for occasional after-hours or weekend support during critical incidents or
- maintenance.
- Requires travel to regional production sites (TX, KY, etc.) approximately 2–3 times per year.
Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree in information technology or a related field; alternatively, equivalent professional experience combined with industry-standard certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) is equally acceptable and highly valued.
- 3–5 years of IT support experience with a track record of incident ownership in a multi-site environment.
- Experience with MDM/endpoint management (e.g., Intune, Jamf) and ITSM platforms.
- Certifications a plus: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft (MD-102, AZ-104).
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Base salary range is $70,000K–$80,000K (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
