We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Sales Operations to support the Yahoo Ads International business, based in London. This role is crucial in optimising sales processes, driving efficiency, and supporting our international sales teams in achieving their targets.
Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract position to cover a period of parental leave.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales operations strategies for international markets, acting as the main POC for sales on related business operations.
Support the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies, acting as the main POC for sales during rollout processes.
Execute strategic initiatives and projects in partnership with senior team members to drive business growth and efficiency.
Identify operational challenges, develop comprehensive solutions, and lead implementation efforts with executive oversight.
Design and optimise scalable workflows that enhance sales operations, focusing on efficiency, clarity, and accuracy.
Support senior leadership in managing critical business functions including sales incentives, quota management, OKR tracking, expense management, resources allocation, and performance analytics.
Required Skills & Competencies
Deep understand of digital media sales and monetisation landscapes
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities with demonstrated success in building consensus
Advanced analytics capabilities with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Expert project management and organisation abilities
Demonstrated success operation in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Deep experience in digital media or operations management, with a specific focus on display/performance advertising
Experience supporting sales teams in an operational capacity
Proven track record of successful partnership with executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across multiple stakeholder groups
