 Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, confident, and strategically minded Program Manager to lead the development and execution of a global onboarding initiative focused on commercial readiness and cross-functional integration. This role will bring a structured plan to life through effective coordination, resource alignment, and collaboration across teams and geographies.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a 3–6-month onboarding initiative, with potential for extension based on project success and future business needs. They will possess strong sales sensibility and exceptional content navigation skills, enabling them to identify, curate, and align high-impact resources—such as training assets, customer references, and solution documentation—from internal knowledge libraries. These resources will be mapped to a scalable training framework designed to support diverse markets, regional nuances, and evolving sales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for onboarding initiatives, including structure, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and deployment of onboarding programs.

Resource Mapping & Content Integration
  • Navigate Centric’s extensive internal database to identify and extract relevant sales materials, sales tools, and customer references.
  • Apply sales insight to evaluate and select resources that are compelling, effective, and aligned with training modules & objectives.
  • Maintain a structured repository of onboarding materials with version control and accessibility protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement & Regional Adaptation
  • Collaborate with business leaders across functions, geographies, and market segments to understand the practical training needs and regional nuances.
  • Adapt an onboarding program that reflects regional sales practices and market dynamics.
  • Facilitate an effective feedback loop that allows continuity of onboarding refinement and delivery.
Training Framework Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Head of Training & Development, and Director, Global Onboarding & Integration to co-develop the structural framework of training modules.
  • Ensure the framework supports role-specific onboarding paths and global scalability.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and current employees to validate content relevance and accuracy.
  • Support the development of digital learning modules with embedded assessments to measure comprehension and performance impact.
Internal Communication & Program Promotion
  • Develop internal communications and promotional strategies to drive awareness and engagement with onboarding programs.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all onboarding touchpoints.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within sales enablement or onboarding functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and leverage large-scale content databases and knowledge libraries.
  • Strong sales sensibility with the ability to identify and position high-impact resources for training use.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, enablement strategies, and onboarding best practices would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Confluence, Salesforce/CRM Platforms, LMS platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  •  Experience in crafting compelling brand stories, customer-success case studies, or targeted marketing collateral is a plus.
