Compensation Overview 

This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $50,000 with top performers earning $125,000+

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

  • Sales Experience – Previous sales success (automotive a plus, but not required), ready to make an immediate impact.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using digital tools to reach customers via video, text, and email in a friendly, professional way.
  • Customer-First Mindset – A passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships that drive repeat and referral business – including relationship through entire automotive journey, ie, service, upgrades, parts, etc.
  • Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional presence and positive attitude.
  • Team Player – Works well independently and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Adaptable Learner – Willing to learn, grow, and embrace change in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Professional & Dependable – Valid driver’s license with a clean record, flexible availability (including Saturdays), and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Opportunities – Take full ownership of every lead, proactively engaging customers through phone, email, and digital tools to turn interest into action.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences – Guide customers through a seamless, personalized car buying journey and represent the dealership with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm at every customer touchpoint.
  • Master Vehicle Knowledge – Become a go-to expert on all makes, models, features, and technology through hands-on manufacturer training. Keep up to date on new vehicles, features, and accessories, confidently presenting their value to customers to enhance their ownership experience.
  • Relationship Management – Maintain a smart follow-up system that drives loyalty, repeat visits, and referrals, including after vehicle sale.
