Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with top performers earning $150,000+.


What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Build Your Business

  • Take ownership of customer opportunities from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.
  • Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success.

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Guide customers through a consultative, pressure-free purchasing process.
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and ownership solution.
  • Create a memorable experience that earns trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

Become a Product Expert

  • Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs.
  • Learn vehicle technology, features, financing options, and ownership benefits.
  • Confidently demonstrate products and explain value to customers.

 

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, leadership, or business development. (Automotive experience a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, text messaging, email, and video communication tools.
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
