SUMMARY:

The Sales Administrator supports the sales organization by managing operational, administrative, and coordination functions that enable revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure efficient deal execution, accurate forecasting, and strong customer engagement—particularly for solutions involving Google Maps Platform and Google Cloud.

MAJOR RESPONISBILITIES:
Sales Operations & Administration

  • Support day-to-day sales operations, including opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Prepare quotes, order forms, contracts, amendments, and renewal documentation.
  • Coordinate internal approvals for pricing, discounts, and terms.
  • Maintain accuracy of CRM data (Salesforce or equivalent), including accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
  • Track contract milestones, renewals, and key deliverables to support revenue retention.

Google Maps Platform & Cloud Support

  • Assist sales teams with administrative and operational aspects of Google Maps Platform and Google Cloud opportunities.
  • Coordinate usage tracking, licensing details, billing support, and customer entitlement information.
  • Support preparation of customer proposals involving Maps APIs (e.g., Maps, Routes, Places) and cloud-based geospatial services.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Partner Management, and Technical teams for Google-related programs and enablement.

Reporting, Forecasting & Analytics

  • Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPI dashboards for management.
  • Assist with territory alignment, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the sales pipeline.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Finance on invoicing, billing inquiries, collections support, and revenue recognition inputs.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Contracts teams on agreement workflows.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on processes and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting technology
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Google Maps Platform, geospatial data, or location-based services.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) concepts such as cloud billing, usage-based pricing, or cloud marketplaces.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector customers.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI/reporting tools.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or revenue operations.
Occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range: 65K - 90K annual

Applicant must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
