What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and direct the delivery of high-quality clinical care and services
  • Ensure compliance with clinical regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Supervise daily nursing activities across all shifts
  • Support and guide clinical staff to maintain consistent standards of care
  • Promote residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
  • Implement procedures aligned with state and federal regulations
  • Lead by example in supporting the mission and values of the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • Active RN license 
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • Geriatric care experience strongly preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
