As a Revenue Operations Specialist at PDL, you’ll help keep the systems, data, and processes behind our revenue engine running smoothly. You’ll be a key partner to our Revenue teams, with a particular focus on Salesforce administration, revenue analytics, and deal operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys figuring out how things work. You’ll spend a lot of time in Salesforce maintaining data, troubleshooting issues, building reports, and helping the team get the most out of our systems. You’ll also work closely with revenue leadership to understand and analyze opportunities, including complex deal structures, ARR calculations, expansions, renewals, and other changes that impact our revenue reporting.
Based anywhere, the ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role. You should be comfortable working with data and systems, have strong attention to detail, and be excited to develop deeper Salesforce administration and revenue operations expertise in a startup environment.

Identify opportunities to improve our systems, data quality, and processes
Roles & Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including maintaining fields, objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and user access
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and help users understand and effectively use the system
Maintain data quality and integrity across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and related revenue data
Help manage Salesforce workflows, automations, validation rules, and integrations
Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and recurring revenue reporting
General Revenue Operations
Partner with Finance and Revenue leadership to reconcile revenue and ARR reporting and improve the accuracy of our data
Support full suite of revenue tools including outbound tools, conversational intelligence, flow builders, and CPQ
Help document and improve revenue processes and Salesforce workflows
Take on ad hoc analytical and operational projects as the business grows
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role
Experience with Salesforce (admin experience a plus, not required)
Solid analytical skills and comfort with data tools (e.g., Excel, basic SQL)
Strong organizational and project management instincts
Interest in sales and marketing processes in a startup environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Eagerness to learn and grow into a more senior RevOps role
Desired Skills & Experience
Exposure to a SaaS or data-focused company
Familiarity with CPQ tools or Salesforce configuration
Basic understanding of revenue recognition concepts and financial modeling
Eagerness to learn and grow into a more senior RevOps role
Compensation: $140K - $155K
