Manage Salesforce administration, data quality, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and user support for the revenue organization. Partner with Finance and Revenue leadership to reconcile ARR and revenue reporting, support revenue tools including CPQ, improve processes, and analyze deal structures, expansions, renewals, and other revenue-impacting changes. The role also handles ad hoc analytical projects and documentation in a startup environment.

Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed web-crawling and data ingestion systems. Improve throughput, reliability, observability, and data quality. Develop backend services for job orchestration and asynchronous workloads, partner with product teams to create data products, and mentor teammates on domain-specific acquisition techniques.

Build and evolve APIs and frontend surfaces for data products. Translate business requirements into scalable systems, ensure data integrity, design frontend and backend architecture, improve developer self-serve tooling, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers while maintaining strong code quality and delivery practices.
