This pivotal role will be instrumental in accelerating sales velocity by supporting the strategic and analytical needs of our Field Sales organization. What you will be doing
- Own and enhance the operational strategy for our Field Sales team to drive scalable growth.
- Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based models for performance tracking, forecasting, and planning.
- Analyze sales data to identify insights, surface opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and GTM teams to align goals and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain clear, actionable reporting to keep leadership informed and empowered.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue/Business/Customer Operations, FP&A, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Advanced Excel skills—you’re fast, precise, and comfortable building dynamic models.
- A sharp analytical mind with the ability to separate noise from signal and turn insights into action.
- Naturally curious with a passion for understanding the “why” behind data trends.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable—you always follow through.
At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $87,200 - $130,800. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
