The Role 

The Revenue Operations Director serves as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) Organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, business insights, strategic planning, and execution across Presidio’s Customer Organization, including Professional Services, Managed Services, Customer Innovation, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital, Modern Networks, Modern Platforms, and Operations.
The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leaders across the organization to translate business strategy into measurable operational plans, establish executive operating rhythms, and drive transformational initiatives that improve growth, profitability, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness. A key expectation of this role is to champion AI-enabled business transformation by identifying opportunities to automate processes, modernize workflows, improve decision-making through data, and scale operational excellence across the CCO organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Revenue Operations business partner to the Chief Customer Officer and the CCO Leadership Team.
  • Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), monthly operating reviews, and executive business cadence.
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPIs providing visibility into bookings, revenue, gross profit, services performance, customer health, utilization, backlog, and operational metrics.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, IT, and Business Unit leaders to align operational priorities and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Lead forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting to support business decisions and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional transformation programs focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitable growth.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to continuously evolve the CCO operating model and improve organizational productivity.
  • Develop scalable reporting, governance, and business processes
  • Partner with leaders on business cases, investment decisions, resource planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead operational readiness for acquisitions, new programs, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality, reporting consistency, and executive visibility across the CCO organization.
  • Build strong relationships across Executive Leadership to influence decisions and drive alignment.

Require Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve business performance.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive execution.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require.
