Retail Success Manager

The Retailer Success Manager solves key friction points across the retail partner ecosystem by driving engagement, tool adoption, and operational alignment. This role addresses fragmentation in communication channels and platform utilization to maximize retail sales performance and customer retention. By leading core retail enablement platforms and managing strategic projects, the position closes productivity gaps and optimizes cross-functional execution between retail partners and HQ.

• Oversee and refine end-to-end communication strategies across current channels like WhatsApp and email while expanding into new engagement modes
• Lead the Elevate Calling and Elevate Marketing programs to increase platform adoption and enhance retail sales outcomes
• Direct dedicated project management resources to track development hours, manage system updates, and deliver clear ROI metrics
• Align executive messaging with daily operational needs in partnership with Training, Sales Development, and HQ Operations
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights within retailer platforms to streamline administrative workflows and boost partner productivity

• Proven track record in operational management, team leadership, and program execution within a retail or partner ecosystem
• Advanced communication and synthesis skills to translate high-level business direction into clear, actionable guidance for partners
• Strategic thinking and project management expertise to translate long-term goals into structured roadmaps and daily execution
• AI literacy and application skills to integrate data-driven insights and automated solutions into operational processes
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities to partner across internal HQ teams and external vendors

Additional Qualifications:

• Relevant industry certifications or advanced leadership training

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of management experience in a similar field or industry
• Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3-5 years of experience with:
• Platform and project management lifecycle tools
• Retail enablement tools and multi-channel messaging platforms like WhatsApp and email
• Microsoft Office and management software applications
