We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as independent truck driver recruiters!
Our recruiting team works with established trucking carriers throughout the United States, helping connect qualified CDL drivers with driving opportunities that match their experience, location, and career preferences.
As a recruiter, you will communicate with prospective drivers, learn about their qualifications and employment needs, and help guide them through the application and placement process.
This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering the flexibility to create your own schedule while building your recruiting business with access to training, resources, and ongoing support.
A background in recruiting and/or truck driving is helpful but not required. We welcome individuals who are new to the industry and motivated to learn!
What You'll Do- Connect with CDL drivers who are exploring new employment opportunities.
- Learn about each driver's experience, qualifications, location, and preferred type of driving position.
- Match qualified drivers with available opportunities through our partner trucking carriers.
- Explain position details, answer questions, and assist interested drivers with the application process.
- Follow up with applicants throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
- Maintain accurate applicant information and track recruiting activity.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective drivers.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only compensation. It is NOT an hourly or salaried position.
Recruiters earn commissions when they successfully place qualified drivers with our partner trucking carriers, subject to the applicable commission agreement and payment terms.
Please understand the following before applying:
- There is no guaranteed hourly pay, salary, or minimum income.
- Commissions are earned through successful driver placements, not simply by contacting drivers or submitting applications.
- A driver must meet the applicable placement requirements for a commission to become payable.
- Commissions are paid according to the applicable commission agreement and payment schedule.
- Taxes are not withheld from contractor payments. Recruiters are responsible for their own applicable taxes and tax obligations.
- Your first placement and commission may take time. Immediate earnings are not guaranteed.
Applicants must be comfortable with the 1099 independent contractor structure and commission-only compensation to be considered for this opportunity.
Create Your Own Schedule | Start Part-Time & GrowOne of the benefits of independent recruiting is the flexibility to create your own schedule and build your recruiting business at a pace that works for you.
This opportunity can be a great fit for individuals looking to start part-time and work toward supplemental income while learning the recruiting process.
As you gain experience, build your driver pipeline, and develop your recruiting skills, you have the flexibility to dedicate more time to recruiting and potentially transition to full-time independent work.
Whether you choose to recruit part-time or dedicate more time to building your business, consistency and follow-through are important.
Building relationships with drivers, maintaining an active pipeline, and following up on applications all contribute to creating opportunities for successful placements.
The more time and effort you invest in developing your recruiting business, the more opportunities you may create for successful placements. However, commissions and earnings are never guaranteed.
