RH is seeking a Regional Designer to support fast-track, small- to medium-sized design projects for one of our RH Contract regional sales teams. This non-customer facing role works closely with a regional sales team to provide foundational design services for multiple customer projects – space planning, product selection, design presentation creation, technical design support. This role also provides design support for our RH Contract Interior Design teams working on larger projects with complex design deliverables.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support an RH Contract regional ales team with foundational design services – supporting the creation of design deliverables for small- to medium-sized, fast-track design projects (space plans, design presentations)
- Contribute to developing the design deliverables for larger design projects within the RH Contract Interior Design team’s portfolio as needed
- Constantly find opportunities to elevate your deliverables, processes and capabilities across the design process to support our unique, integrated design approach
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Interior Design degree
- 2+ years of interior design experience, with especially strong CAD space planning and InDesign presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the RH and RH Contract product assortment and contract-quality considerations
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle priorities
- Developing understanding of Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential sector design requirements
- Developing sense of taste, style and alignment with the RH Design Ethos
- Proven skills in terms of building and maintaining effective relationships with others
