In this role of Regional Client General Manager America , you’ll lead GCG Oil & Gas client, supporting them in optimizing their business travel and technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize client’s budget
Build customer dedication by anticipating customer needs, marketing developments, leading contract renewals, and resolving risks and reporting gaps
Coordinate with all departments of the company to ensure all client service needs are met
Seek opportunities to increase client performance based on topics and data driven models
Collaborate with sales and consulting to drive the sale of travel products and services and identify new clients for C-level engagements
Communicate regularly with clients, both in person and virtually
Demonstrate the added customer value of Amex GBT through your deep understanding of industry and market trends, and by providing innovative and proactive solutions to clients
Lead regular reviews and share trends, innovations, standard processes, and price strategies
What We’re Looking For
Oil & Gas industry knowledge and travel specificities
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of the local and international business travel market, technologies, and tools
Experience in business travel service delivery and customer service
Contract life cycle and renewal experience
Passion for growing profitability
Excellent verbal and written communication in English

The Canada national base salary range for this position is from
$71,862 - $121,862The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.The #TeamGBT Experience
