The role involves coordinating effectively with candidates, plant leadership, and medical staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Additionally, the incumbent will manage the delivery of high-quality new hire orientation programs and implement advanced training for team members on powered industrial equipment using the latest simulation technology. This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for:
- High School diploma or GED
- Post-secondary education preferred in related field
- 1-3 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience preferred
Preferred qualifications:
- Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift Certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
