Job Responsibilities:
Join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator! The primary objective of this role is to oversee and enhance the new hire experience from offer acceptance through pre-hire paperwork, physicals, and onboarding. The role involves coordinating effectively with candidates, plant leadership, and medical staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Additionally, the incumbent will manage the delivery of high-quality new hire orientation programs and implement advanced training for team members on powered industrial equipment using the latest simulation technology. This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
What we are looking for:

• High School diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education preferred in related field
• 1-3 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience preferred

Preferred qualifications:

• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift Certification or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
