Job Responsibilities:
Join our team as a Press Supervisor on 2nd shift! Responsible for all team members' safety and well-being, overall development and supervision of Team Leaders and Team Members, health and safety, quality, customer cost, productivity, and ergonomic issues through using the company policies and procedures and the Magna Employee's Charter as a guideline.
What we are looking for:

• High School diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education or related experience
• Previous leadership role experience in an automotive manufacturing environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Operate standard office equipment
