We’re looking to expand our team across the board.

We are seeking an additional talented and motivated Recruiter to join the HR team.  Working in tandem with our team, this position is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This position will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.  This is an on-site position as to foster better collaboration with the team, but offers flexibility as needed.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive recruitment strategy
  • Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Post job requisitions across multiple platforms and coordinate with external recruitment partners.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Review and screen incoming resumes, routing qualified candidates to appropriate hiring managers.
  • Provide timely and professional communication throughout the process
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Dayforce preferred 
  • Schedule and coordination of interviews.
  • Collect and organize interview notes, resumes, job descriptions, and relevant salary data.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external recruiting agencies when needed
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
  • In-depth understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Dayforce experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple open requisitions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience recruiting within the Aerospace industry is preferred.
  • This is an in-office position, supporting real-time collaboration on recruitment initiatives and evolving business needs.
