Overview  

  

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Internet Products team. This role will support key initiatives related to internet and broadband products, including an end-of-life device migration and the certification and launch of a new internet modem. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills combined with hands-on experience in the internet, broadband, modem, or telecommunications industry. This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and dependencies, and drive projects through successful completion. This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days on-site. All qualified candidates MUST reside and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C.

Responsibilities

·       Lead the project management of an end-of-life device migration, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.

·       Manage the certification process for a new internet modem, coordinating activities across product, engineering, testing, operations, and other stakeholders.

·       Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting.

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.

·       Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

·       Track project progress and proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks.

·       Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

·       Ensure project deliverables align with business, technical, and customer requirements.

·       Support product lifecycle activities and ensure successful transition from existing devices to new products.

·       Maintain project documentation and ensure appropriate stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.


Requirements

· Requirements

·       5+ years of project management experience.

·       Internet, broadband, telecommunications, or cable industry experience required.

·       Experience managing projects involving internet modems, broadband equipment, CPE, or similar telecommunications products.

·       Experience managing product migrations, device transitions, product launches, or certification initiatives.

·       Experience with modem/device certification or telecommunications product certification processes is strongly preferred.

·       Experience managing end-of-life product or device migrations is strongly preferred.

·       Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.

·       Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.

·       Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.

Education

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·       Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other project management certification is preferred.

Compensation

Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting opportunity with an annual salary range of $110,00 -$125,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
