In this role, you will translate strategy into executable plans, coordinate readiness and adoption, manage risks and dependencies, and transition sustainable processes to operational owners. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement new clinician recruitment initiatives, workflows, tools, standards, and operating-model changes.

About This Opportunity

This opportunity provides end-to-end responsibility for multiple enterprise clinician recruitment initiatives, from intake and project charter through design, pilot, rollout, stabilization, and operational handoff. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison among stakeholders and supports consistent execution, clear communication, regulatory alignment, and measurable implementation outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage assigned projects, key deliverables, project financials, and overall execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among project stakeholders and communicate ongoing project status, timelines, potential issues, risks, opportunities, and barriers.
  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned retrospective, outcome, and prospective projects.
  • Lead multiple enterprise clinician recruitment initiatives from intake and charter through design, pilot, rollout, stabilization, and operational handoff.
  • Define project scope, objectives, measurable outcomes, governance, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resources, and decision rights for each initiative.
  • Create and maintain integrated project plans, RACI matrices, RAID logs, decision logs, change controls, communication plans, and executive status reports.
  • Coordinate implementation across physician, advanced practice provider, CRNA, residency and fellowship, sourcing, recruitment marketing, integration, operations, analytics, technology, human resources, finance, legal, and compliance partners, as applicable.
  • Assess service-line and market readiness and identify workflow, policy, data, training, technology, and capacity impacts before launch.
  • Build phased rollout and pilot plans with clear entry and exit criteria, go/no-go decisions, escalation paths, and rollback or contingency plans.
  • Organize and lead team training efforts for all facets of assigned projects. Consult with staff and leaders to coordinate training, monitor progress, and discuss findings.
  • Lead change-impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, adoption measurement, and reinforcement activities.
  • Identify process variation and translate effective local practices into scalable enterprise standards while recognizing justified market differences.
  • Facilitate complex decisions, surface trade-offs, resolve cross-functional barriers, and escalate decisions with clear options and recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional departments in completing project activities according to established milestones and timelines and in accordance with applicable processes, regulatory and accrediting requirements, and ethical business practices.
  • Define implementation and adoption measures, monitor post-launch performance, document lessons learned, and complete formal handoff to operational owners.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant and recent experience required.
  • Experience managing projects, deliverables, stakeholders, timelines, risks, training, and financial considerations.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence partners in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate project documentation and timely status reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project-management, workflow, reporting, or collaboration tools.

 Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, talent acquisition, clinician recruitment, implementation, operations, or another matrixed and regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise rollouts, process standardization, change management, adoption, stabilization, and operational handoff.
