Monitor telemetry monitors continuously, record and run telemetry strips, notify nurses of rhythm changes or signal interruptions, maintain transmitter and lead-wire inventory, complete required telemetry education and competency, and handle confidential patient medical information while performing frequent physical tasks.

Support radiologic technologists with patient preparation, room setup, positioning, and documentation while learning imaging procedures. Use radiology systems (SmartChart, RIS, PACS), follow radiation safety and infection-control practices, assist with patient transfers, and complete clinical competencies under direct supervision.

Provide clinical and service oversight during PM shifts, act as a resource for staff on patient care and system issues, coordinate admissions/transfers, investigate incidents/medication errors, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with leadership and public relations, and perform patient handling and safety duties.

Provides production support, documentation, data modeling, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver validated analytics and BI products for network management and provider operations.

Lead requirements capture, stakeholder coordination, and project execution for MDM and Outreach initiatives. Translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage timelines/risks/scope, support UAT, validate vendor extracts, and communicate changes to stakeholders to ensure accurate data delivery and alignment to business use cases.

Supervise billing and claims operations to ensure timely, accurate, compliant processing, reduce receivables, and improve revenue cycle processes. Manage staffing, training, performance reviews, cross-department liaison work, policy evaluation, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, payer rules).
