Coordinates healthcare simulation programs, including scheduling, equipment setup and teardown, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory management, and technology upgrades. Trains simulation confederates and serves as a resource for simulation technologies. Collects activity data, manages stakeholders, and contributes to organization-wide learning strategies. Requires travel among healthcare facilities, BLS certification, an associate degree, and approximately two years of relevant experience.

Manages Advocate Health’s administrative fellowship program across multiple regions, overseeing recruitment, compliance, onboarding, scheduling, rotations, mentorship, workshops, executive panels, events, budgets, evaluations, and reporting. Partners with executive sponsors, regional stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, and program leaders to align activities with strategic priorities. Ensures program quality, consistency, timely deliverables, effective communication, and continuous improvement while independently coordinating multiple workstreams.

Supports social media and external communications through content creation, community monitoring, graphic and video development, copywriting, press materials, research, campaign support, and reputation-building initiatives. The intern creates content for multiple platforms, adapts messaging for audiences, assists with communications plans and events, and supports reporting and administrative tasks. The role is remote and intended for an incoming college junior or senior studying communications, public affairs, marketing, brand, digital content, or a related field.
