Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia

Arcadia's Life Sciences business delivers de-identified clinical and claims data products and develops sponsored programs that support patient cohort identification, provider alerting and actioning, patient engagement, and outcomes reporting. These efforts require coordinated execution across Sales, analytics, engineering, QA/QC, and Delivery & Operations.

The Project Delivery Manager, Life Sciences will organize that execution. This person will manage multiple solutioning projects from finalized sales agreement through implementation and turnover, maintaining clear plans, ownership, status, risks, issues, and decisions. The role will also provide supporting coordination for the Life Sciences feasibility queue.

This is an individual-contributor role for someone who brings practical judgment, disciplined follow-through, and the interpersonal skill to create accountability without direct authority. The successful candidate will keep complex work moving without adding unnecessary process.

    •  General understanding of healthcare data structures, data pipelines, QA/QC, and software development lifecycle practices. Coding experience is not required.

    Skills

    •  Practical judgment and a straightforward working style focused on completing the work rather than adding process for its own sake.

    •  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-through across multiple projects and competing priorities.

    •  Ability to create clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams without relying on formal authority.

    •  Clear written and verbal communication, including concise status reporting and appropriate escalation of risks and issues.
