Stratom, Inc. is a mission-driven engineering company building autonomous and unmanned off-highway vehicles and related robotic systems. Our systems operate in demanding real-world environments, where performance, reliability, and engineering discipline are essential. Our work integrates advanced autonomy with rugged industrial hardware designed for austere conditions.
Our work spans the full lifecycle of complex systems, from early concept and prototyping through fielded deployment. We are growing our program management team and looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Program Support Coordinator to serve as a force multiplier for our team — ensuring day-to-day details are handled with care and precision. This role offers a clear pathway for growth into project/program management responsibilities as you develop experience with Stratom’s systems, customers, and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the program management team across commercial and defense programs by facilitating project setup, owning meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up communications so that nothing falls through the cracks.
  •  Coordinate purchasing and procurement activities, including submitting purchase requests, tracking order status, communicating with vendors, and managing shipping and receiving logistics.
  •  Maintain accurate inventory status of procured components to ensure assembly and integration activities are not blocked.
  •  Support updates to program schedules, plans, and documentation as directed, keeping information current and accessible to the broader team.
  •  Support contract data analysis and deliverable tracking, including monitoring milestone dates, contract line items, and reporting deadlines.
  •  Coordinate document release activities, including version control, routing for review and approval, and maintaining well-organized file structures.
  •  Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings and company events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
  •  Assist with proposal activities such as document formatting and coordination of inputs across contributing team members.
  •  Develop light marketing and communications materials, including graphics and presentations, to support business development and customer engagement efforts.
  •  Support general office management tasks as directed, ensuring the team has what it needs to operate smoothly.
  •  Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and discretion in all interactions with customers, partners, and team members, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, export controls, and company standards.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or a similar role; recent graduates and candidates with equivalent demonstrated experience are encouraged to apply
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without losing attention to detail while often supporting multiple projects/programs.
  • Clear and professional communicator across written and verbal mediums, with the ability to produce accurate meeting notes, status updates, and well-formatted documents.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through without requiring close direction
  • Collaborative team player who finds purpose in enabling others to be more efficient and effective.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Teams; ability to learn project management and ERP tools quickly.
Preferred Skills
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM, business, communications, or related field.
  •  Experience with project management or scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  •  Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
  •  Experience with purchasing, procurement workflows, or vendor and shipping coordination.
  •  Prior exposure to defense, aerospace, robotics, or engineering-intensive industries.
  •  Experience supporting customer-facing activities, trade shows, or company events.
