Lead and manage engineering programs from planning through LRIP and field deployment, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer relationships. Coordinate resources, forecast financials, support proposals and capture, and improve internal processes to transition prototypes to production while ensuring compliance with export controls and contractual requirements.

Lead mechanical design and production transition for rugged autonomous ground vehicles. Own subsystems from concept through prototype, testing, refinement, and production release. Design components and assemblies, support fabrication and integration, resolve cross-discipline issues, develop test plans, and collaborate with electrical, software, and systems teams to ensure reliability, manufacturability, and field supportability.

Lead systems engineering across the full lifecycle for autonomous off-highway vehicles: define and manage requirements, develop and maintain MBSE models, ensure integration of mechanical/electrical/software components, support safety engineering (hazard analyses, FMEAs), and mentor teams while driving verification, validation, and production transition.

Provide program management support across commercial and defense programs: meeting notes, action tracking, procurement coordination, inventory management, schedule and documentation updates, contract and deliverable tracking, document control, meeting and event logistics, proposal coordination, light marketing materials, and general office management while ensuring export-control compliance and supporting growth into project/program management.

Lead procurement, subcontracting, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations for defense-focused autonomous vehicle programs. Manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR compliance, oversee subcontract lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver systems to federal and military customers.

Lead integration and execution of mechatronic robotic systems: design electrical architectures, wiring, and packaging; select and integrate sensors, actuators, and compute; prototype and fabricate hardware; debug system-level issues across electrical, mechanical, and software domains; execute integration testing, verification, validation, and field testing; manage integration risks and translate MBSE diagrams into buildable solutions.
