Summary:

In this role, you will support regulatory and accreditation program services across business operations, sales, client education, and client engagement. You will coordinate key program activities, support business growth, monitor performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver a consistent and effective client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales activities by coordinating proposals, preparing sales materials, tracking opportunities, and facilitating client follow-up.

  • Coordinate new client onboarding from contract execution through program implementation.

  • Support business growth through market research, client outreach, and development of new service offerings and value propositions.

  • Provide education and training to internal teams and clients on consulting services, education programs, and program offerings.

  • Serve as a point of contact for routine client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution, escalating complex matters as appropriate.

  • Monitor and report program performance, including client participation, satisfaction, revenue, utilization, sales activity, and other business metrics.

  • Coordinate consulting agreements, education program contracts, renewals, revenue tracking, and forecasting activities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop promotional materials, presentations, program communications, and client-facing content.

  • Coordinate continuing education accreditation applications and support logistics for educational programs, webinars, meetings, and client engagements.

  • Support continuous improvement by analyzing client feedback, maintaining program documentation and communication platforms, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in program coordination, healthcare consulting support, client services, business operations, or a related area.

  • Experience supporting healthcare consulting, regulatory and accreditation, quality improvement, or professional education programs preferred.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.

  • Proficiency in analyzing program data and developing reports or dashboards.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.
