The Program Manager – Digital is accountable for the end-to-end execution of complex, cross functional digital programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is an execution focused role requiring strong delivery discipline, comfort operating in a matrixed environment, and the ability to influence without authority.
The role partners closely with business and IT leaders to translate strategy into executable plans, secure funding and resources, manage risk and dependencies, and ensure successful outcomes in a fast paced, change driven environment. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and proactive in solving business problems—not an order taker.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of digital programs, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Partner with business and IT leadership to develop business cases, secure funding, gain approvals, and establish delivery roadmaps
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Own program governance, executive level reporting, and decision forums to enable timely, informed decision-making
Maintain accurate and timely program data in enterprise portfolio and delivery tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Adobe Workfront, SharePoint)
Lead deployment, decommissioning, and cost reduction initiatives as applicable
Develop and maintain program artifacts including charters, integrated plans, roadmaps, and communication plans
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve delivery and operational issues
Tailor delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on program needs
Delivery & Agile Leadership
Champion Agile and continuous improvement practices to drive predictable delivery outcomes
Ensure effective Agile delivery cadence across teams; facilitate key ceremonies as needed to remove impediments
Partner with Product Owners and delivery leads to align backlogs, epics, and priorities with program milestones and business objectives
Support release planning using team capacity and capability data
Track and communicate delivery health using appropriate metrics (e.g., velocity, estimation accuracy, release readiness)
Provide delivery oversight to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria meet quality standards and support intended outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of IT project or program management experience
3+ years supporting digital, eCommerce, ERP, Salesforce, or enterprise platform initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Sitecore, Commerce Tools, Salesforce, Workfront, ERP, or other digital platforms
Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica)
PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certification

Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Proficiency with enterprise delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow SPM, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft 365)

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
Annual base salary range: $120,000 to $160,000
