Agile team member accountable for maximizing the value delivered by the team. This role ensures the team(s) backlog is prioritized and aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. Team’s primary customer advocate and link to business and technology strategy. Collaborates closely with business leaders, Scrum Masters, UX specialists, engineers, and other stakeholders to create value. Enables the collective delivery team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously defining how to deliver value to the customer. As a business subject-matter expert, uses product and process knowledge to create, define, and optimize value streams, in addition to guiding story creation and acceptance criteria for the delivery teams. As a link between the business and technology, facilitates user acceptance testing and guides the business to adopt the new way of working to meeting the business objectives.
The base salary range for this position is $78,303-$123,048.
Actual pay will be determined based upon a candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, geographic location, and may include other job-related factors such as certification(s), professional licensure, or internal equity considerations.

- Bachelor’s Degree in product design, product management, or relevant business-related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS-based product development environment or FDA-regulated medical device environment
- 5+ years of experience being a product owner or relevant domain experience in blood supply preferred
- Experience using Design Thinking tools such as Empathy maps, Journey maps, Personas, Prototypes, Benefit Hypotheses, and others a plus
- Experience as product owner in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment preferred
