As a Product Delivery Manager in the Employee Help and Advisory team within the Employee Experience organization, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with product team and partners to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives and success criteria
- Form a deep working-level knowledge of the products we support and the end-users needs and expectations
- Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira), product management software, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery streams concurrently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex delivery information to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical and efficient solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to drive roadmap planning, capacity planning, and budgeting.
- Skilled in facilitating product definition and planning workshops.
- Certification in Agile delivery methodologies, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Experience in partnering with various product partners, including tech, QA, product, change management, release management, platform owners, and channel partners.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
