As a Product Delivery Manager in our product & transformation team, you will work with colleagues across JPMorgan Chase developing cutting-edge products and systems to serve our employees supporting Chase Finance & Business Management. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will lead complex AI Agents related projects and programs, driving strategic initiatives that enhance the bank's AI Agents capabilities. You will manage cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices, including road mapping and strategic planning.

Job responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale AI Agents projects, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value to the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered on time.
- Own and build project status reports and stakeholder presentations for the AI Agents Product Workstream.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, align project goals, and ensure stakeholder buy-in and support.
- Gather and report on metrics related to the Agents Roadmap and Product.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution to keep projects on track.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement roadmaps for strategic project initiatives, ensuring alignment with the bank's long-term goals and objectives.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in project management, leveraging industry standards and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or related roles, with a focus on data-driven initiatives within a financial services environment.
- Proven leadership skills in cross-functional and matrix setup.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language is required.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability of thinking outside the box.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
- Experience in road mapping, strategic planning, and aligning project initiatives with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience managing AI, LLM or Agent based product offerings and projects.
- Skills in gathering, analyzing defining metrics and KPIs including SQL skills.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferred
