Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Analyst to be an integral part of the company’s strategic pricing initiatives, operating plan, variance analysis, operations analysis and special projects. You will lead our pricing strategy and support key initiatives across revenue operations. In this role, you will drive pricing optimization—particularly within a consumption-based model—to improve win rates and maintain competitiveness in the market. 

You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic pricing initiatives, conducting variance and operations analysis, and supporting special projects that enhance our go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions, operational efficiency, and our ability to scale and achieve company growth goals. This is a high-impact role that will enhance our revenue intelligence and operational productivity, and partner cross functionally to empower our GTM teams with the insights needed to succeed. This role is dynamic and evolving, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we scale. Flexibility and a proactive mindset are key, as responsibilities may adapt to meet the needs of the business. 

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential 
Location - Greenwood Village, CO.  Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead EverDriven’s pricing strategy and provide support to our GTM (Go-To-Market) team on the best options to enhance deal competitiveness and drive revenue growth. 
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to deliver actionable analytics and performance reporting. 
  • Analyze key financial and operational metrics—including revenue, costs, and capital expenditures—to identify trends and uncover opportunities. 
  • Monitor business performance, investigate variances, and provide insights that inform strategic planning. 
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide company-wide decision-making. 
  • Deliver timely revenue forecasts and revisions to keep leadership aligned with business performance. 
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and support executive decision-making. 
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. 
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support senior leadership and cross-functional teams. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field  
  • 3-5 years of work-related experience in Revenue or Sales Operations in a data-driven, analytical role 
  • 1-2 years with analysis and delivery of pricing with proven success in leading pricing strategies, ideally within a consumption-based model 
  • Executive level communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 
  • Proficiency in Power BI or data visualization tool experience 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce building dashboards and reporting; Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools is a strong plus 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach
