monday.com is looking for a Workplace Specialist to join the Operations team and take responsibility and ownership of maintaining our office in Denver, Colorado. You will hold the full scope of responsibilities such as timely responding and solving our tickets, preventive maintenance activities, vendor relations to enhance service experience to our employees. You will help create and maintain the monday office environment - a pleasant, aesthetic, functional & safe work environment that inspires our employees, guests and partners.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Denver office


About The Role
  • Complete ownership of the Denver office, ensuring smooth day to day operations 
  • Solve facilities related tickets & issues while meeting our SLA while & identifying opportunities to operate more efficiently
  • Enhance employee experience within our great office environment
  • Plan, coordinate and execute office maintenance activities
  • Help plan and execute any facility related project such as office events for our employees, partners and guests; arrange company storage; liquidation; sustainability initiatives, etc.
  • Monitor and operate facilities systems, such as; security and access control while providing a timely response to any office emergency situations, including outside of normal business hours
  • Manage relevant vendor relationships and assist in sourcing additional/alternate partners as needed
  • Engaging with employees and stakeholders to coordinate facilities related projects
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs and inventory, including micro pantry & catering operations.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in workplace/office management or similar roles (fast pace environment – big plus)
  • Previous experience in facilities related projects, such as employee moves, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Customer centric approach.
  • Proven experience with running a functional, engaging, aesthetic environment: facilities management, workplace service providers and housekeeping team.
  • Multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar) - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.

For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation Range: $65,000-$80,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
