Ibotta is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to join our B2B Creative team. This role is dedicated to empowering our Sales Enablement Managers by crafting compelling, visually engaging presentations and sales collateral tailored to specific industry verticals. You will be instrumental in translating sales strategies and complex product information into clear, persuasive narratives that help our sales team succeed. This position requires a passion for design, a keen understanding of sales dynamics, and the ability to become a subject matter expert in key industries. We are looking for a Presentation Specialist who is passionate about the value that good design brings to strategic sales initiatives.
B2B Creative at Ibotta works cross-functionally to provide best-in-class materials and support that drive forward the business and enable teams. As a Presentation Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales Enablement Managers, fellow designers, the broader B2B Marketing team, and Product Marketing to visualize new concepts and establish best-in-class sales materials.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:
Sales-Focused Presentation Design & Development:
Partner directly with Sales Enablement Managers to understand sales objectives, target audiences, and key messaging for various industry verticals.
Design and develop high-impact sales presentations, pitch decks, case studies, and other sales enablement collateral using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other design tools.
Transform complex product information, market data, and sales strategies into clear, concise, and visually compelling narratives that resonate with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a library of customizable presentation templates and sales assets, ensuring brand consistency and ease of use for the sales team.
Industry Vertical Specialization:
Develop a deep understanding of specific industry verticals relevant to Ibotta's B2B offerings, including their unique challenges, trends, and language.
Tailor presentation content and design to effectively address the needs and interests of different industry segments.
Continuously research and incorporate industry-specific insights to enhance the relevance and impact of sales materials.
Collaboration & Design Excellence:
Work cooperatively with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather necessary information for presentation development.
Absorb feedback from multiple stakeholders and translate it into design improvements, consistently enhancing the quality and effectiveness of sales collateral.
Champion design best practices and visual consistency across all sales enablement materials.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Project Management & Efficiency:
Manage multiple presentation and design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meticulous attention to detail.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales presentation processes, tools, and resources.
Follow through on commitments, gaining the confidence and trust of internal partners.

What we are looking for:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a design-related role, with a significant focus on presentation design for sales, marketing, or corporate communications.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality presentations and sales collateral, demonstrating exceptional design skills, storytelling ability, and data visualization.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) for creating custom graphics and layouts.
Experience with Figma for UI/UX or asset creation is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data interpretation and chart creation.
Proven ability to translate complex information and strategic objectives into clear, persuasive, and visually engaging presentations.
Experience or a strong aptitude for quickly learning and specializing in specific industry verticals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Intellectually curious, proactive, and driven, with a collaborative mindset.
Experience with Trello or similar project management software is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional design training/experience.

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Wednesdays, snacks and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $68,000 - $80,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. .
