THE OPPORTUNITY:
TechInsights is growing its US presence, and Denver is home to a broad base of employees who rely on responsive, well-organized People support. We're looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to be the on-the-ground point of contact for our Denver and US-based teams, splitting time between full-cycle recruitment and day-to-day employee support. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants broad, hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee relations, and people operations, working closely with a globally distributed People team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, HR intake interviews, and candidate communication
- Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and coordinate structured, consistent interview processes
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus or intern channels
- Support offer preparation and coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics, including documentation collection, employment eligibility verification, and orientation scheduling
- Conduct new hire check-ins to support early integration and retention
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee relations questions and people process inquiries, escalating complex or sensitive matters as needed
- Support day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollment processing, routine employee questions, and life-event changes
- Maintain HRIS and ATS data accuracy
- Take on ad hoc cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2+ years of experience in human resources and recruitment; internship or co-op experience in a related field is considered
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of US employment regulations; willingness and curiosity to learn is required
- Comfortable handling routine, sensitive employee information with discretion, and clear judgment about when to escalate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees, candidates, and leaders at all levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms is an asset
- Comfortable working within a globally distributed team and adapting to time zone differences

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
This role is a full-time role based on-site at TechInsights' Denver office in Greenwood Village. Occasional flexibility outside of regular business hours may be required to support candidates, employees, or business needs across time zones.
