Job Description
Overnight Operations Supervisor
As the Overnight Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for quality assurance of service, filling gaps in scheduling/ staffing needs, responding to customer issues in the portfolioproviding a great experience for all customers parking at your location. You will provide positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude. As well as check in with all overnight team members in the portfolio This position reports directly to Parkwells Project Manager at the location.
Schedule:
Parkwell is searching a full time employee to fill this overnight position with typical hours being from 11pm-7am, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule (this may vary depending on needs).
Responsibilities:
Duties Related to Customer and Client Service:
- Ensure coverage at all locations is adequate
- Audit daily paperwork for sites within the portfolio
- Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
- Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance and be able to anticipate guests needs
- Coach and train other associates on service delivery
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc)
- Report immediately to management any issues related to equipment, customer, or client experience.
- Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue
Safety and Security:
- Troubleshoot issues with parking equipment
- Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training
- Secure keys in locked podium/key box
- Verifies ownership of vehicles keys for claim check
- Be able to preform and stay organized under stress
- Maintain a high level of integrity in regards to guests, guest vehicles, and personal possessions
- Report all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to run as required by business demand
· Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Must be able to navigate in tight quarters

- Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to respond calmly and effectively to customer concerns, staffing issues, equipment problems, and other operational challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete paperwork, audits, cash/revenue reconciliation, and operational reports.
- Ability to monitor staffing levels and identify coverage gaps, communicating staffing needs to management as necessary.
- Basic ability to troubleshoot parking equipment and technology, with the judgment to escalate issues when additional support is required.
- Ability to learn and follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards and reinforce those standards with other team members.
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability when handling customer vehicles, keys, revenue, and personal property.
- Must be dependable and punctual, particularly given the overnight nature of the position.
- Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday overnight schedule, typically 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with flexibility based on operational needs.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record, if required to operate company or guest vehicles.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, navigate tight spaces, run when required, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
