Lead the architecture, support, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and performance of Oracle E-Business Suite environments. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS, Oracle databases, middleware, OCI, high availability, disaster recovery, security, and enterprise integrations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, guiding architecture and governance, supporting large-scale transformation programs, documenting solutions, and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders across distributed delivery teams.

Required Technical Skills- 12+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, with significant experience in technical leadership/architecture.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 architecture.
- Deep understanding of Oracle EBS application and database tiers.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database 12c/19c or later.

- Strong understanding of HA, DR, backup/recovery and business continuity.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM, particularly Planning, Essbase or Financial Management.
- Experience integrating EBS with Hyperion/EPM.
- Experience with Vertex Tax Engine / Vertex O Series.
- Oracle Fusion experience.
- Oracle WebCenter experience.
- Oracle Exadata experience.
- Experience with Oracle Retail applications.
- Experience with enterprise financial applications including GL, AP, AR, Purchasing and Order Management.
- Experience with OCI networking, security and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Python/Shell scripting and infrastructure automation.
- Experience leading large-scale Oracle EBS migrations, upgrades or carve-out/separation programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex Oracle architecture to both technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate as a hands-on architect when required.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Strong documentation and architectural governance skills
