Manage consultants, developers, and support engineers while coordinating stakeholders and client engagements. Oversee warehouse operations, supply chain processes, project planning, governance, risk, budgets, and delivery. Support presales through solution design, estimation, and presentations, while ensuring scalable, standardized, and high-performing WMS solutions.

Configure and develop Blue Yonder warehouse management solutions, including workflows, rules, system parameters, WebUI components, RF screens, Page Builder actions and lists, custom MTF forms, and Integrator interfaces. Build and maintain integrations using Java, C#, .NET, ExtJS, SQL, PL/SQL, scripting languages, and Unix shell scripting.

Configure, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and support native Manhattan Active WM and Manhattan Active Omni connections. The role analyzes existing live MAWM environments, supports MAO implementation, validates order, inventory, fulfillment, and shipment flows, and assists with SIT, UAT, cutover, documentation, and production stabilization. Direct MAWM–MAO native integration experience is mandatory; MIF-only experience does not qualify.

Develop and deploy custom SAP ABAP solutions supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations. Build RICEFW objects, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations across SAP PP, MM, QM, and PM. Develop interfaces with MES platforms using BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and OData/REST. Tune performance, troubleshoot critical production issues, create technical specifications, and provide Tier 3 support. The role requires deep manufacturing expertise and collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders.

Lead Agile delivery for enterprise Warehouse Management System initiatives. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, manage backlogs, track sprint metrics, remove impediments, coordinate cross-functional and vendor teams, manage dependencies and risks, provide executive reporting, and support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and production stabilization.

Provide L2/L3 production support for SnapLogic integrations and data pipelines. Monitor jobs, interfaces, logs, alerts, and error queues; troubleshoot integration failures, APIs, data transformations, and performance issues. Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, support deployments and validations, manage incidents, and coordinate with business users, application teams, and vendors. Maintain documentation and runbooks while participating in on-call support.

Perform integration and quality assurance testing for database migration projects. Write strong SQL queries to validate migrated data, identify discrepancies, and verify consistency between source and target databases. Test ETL processes and use MySQL to support database validation activities. This is a remote position.

Administer and support mission-critical Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 and Oracle Database environments across development through production. Responsibilities include installation, patching, cloning, upgrades, performance tuning, RMAN recovery, RAC/Data Guard high availability, security hardening, troubleshooting, integrations, OCI initiatives, documentation, and on-call production support.

Develop scalable C#/.NET enterprise applications powered by LLMs and RAG architectures. Responsibilities include integrating AI services, building REST APIs and backend services, working with vector databases and API gateways, implementing secure authentication, optimizing performance, and supporting CI/CD deployments. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, participates in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, writes technical documentation, and supports production systems.

Designs and leads IBM Sterling OMS architecture for large-scale retail and omnichannel implementations. Responsibilities include order orchestration, inventory, sourcing, fulfillment, returns, and integrations with e-commerce, WMS, ERP, payment, and store systems. The role defines API and event-driven solutions, leads performance tuning and troubleshooting, reviews technical designs, and mentors distributed development teams. Requires deep Sterling OMS expertise, strong Java and integration skills, retail domain knowledge, and multiple full-lifecycle implementations.

Test Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations, enhancements, and production support. Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scenarios; execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing across warehouse processes, RF devices, mobile applications, APIs, events, and interfaces. Track defects, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, support SIT, go-live, hypercare, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Develop and deploy complex Supply Chain Intelligence reports, gather requirements from supply chain stakeholders, integrate data from multiple warehouse and corporate sources, and provide technical expertise, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Configure and implement Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions across inbound, outbound, inventory, wave planning, task management, allocation, and replenishment processes. Gather business requirements, configure workflows and rules, support OMS, TMS, and ERP integrations, participate in SIT and UAT, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate on enhancements, and optimize system performance.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, dbt, and SQL. Develop data models, transformations, tests, and documentation; ingest data from APIs, databases, files, and enterprise applications; optimize performance; ensure data quality; troubleshoot failures; and support production deployments and monitoring.
