  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Train, mentor, and provide guidance to the internal product teams, collaborating with internal departments such as production, sales, finance, and operations. Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and internal departments. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Support proposal and capture activities by developing subcontracting strategies, identifying qualified suppliers, and coordinating subcontractor participation for competitive government bids.
  • Contract & Compliance Management: Oversee subcontractor contracts, agreements, and performance to ensure compliance with company policies, Federal and Defense Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), and agency-specific requirements. Track subcontractor performance metrics, address issues promptly, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety regulations, security clearance requirements, and site-specific rules, and maintain internal compliance and safety procedures accordingly.
  • Contract Negotiation & Documentation: Develop and facilitate the execution of NDAs, teaming, consulting, and subcontract agreements. Administer the full subcontract lifecycle, including solicitation development, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, modifications, audits, closeout, and performance monitoring for complex government programs.
