About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Operations Manager to join our Provider Core Ops, Systems Implementation (PCOSI) team to lead Product Implementation. In this role, you will manage the product implementation team, driving the operational execution, change management, and launch strategy for product features that impact Lyra’s full provider network and client base.

You will serve as the essential bridge translating clinical standards, service line goals and business growth targets into seamless product rollouts. You will manage a high-performing team and partner directly with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Service Line leaders. As our product surface area expands across complex program offerings and multi-channel launches,, you will evolve our implementation playbooks, resolve cross-functional roadblocks early, and ensure every product enhancement lands with high quality and operational integrity.

Core Focus Areas

  • Team Leadership & Inward Management: Direct, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Product Implementation leads and senior individual contributors.

  • Playbook Evolution & Scale: Evolve legacy launch playbooks into sophisticated, repeatable frameworks built to handle exponentially increasing product complexity and rapid multi-channel rollouts.

  • Clinical & Product Integration: Translate clinical and operational priorities into actionable technical product requirements while partnering with Systems Architecture to ensure backend Salesforce/EHR scaffolding supports user-facing capabilities.

  • Outward Influence & Strategic Alignment: Drive cross-functional alignment across senior stakeholders in Tech, Product, Clinical, and Business teams to resolve competing priorities and clear execution roadblocks.

Responsibilities:

  • People Management & Team Leadership: Serve as direct people manager to the Product Implementation pillar within Provider Core Ops. Develop tactical team plans, delegate effectively, and invest in team culture, performance, and career development.

  • End-to-End Product Implementation: Own the operational strategy and execution of product and policy changes across the full product lifecycle. Ensure internal provider and external client/partner audiences are enabled for success.

  • Cross-Functional Strategic Unblocking: Act as the primary operational liaison to Product, Tech, and Clinical leadership. Poke holes early in product development, surface risk, reconcile program goals with macro business goals, and align competing stakeholder priorities.

  • Playbook Development & Continuous Improvement: Evolve and maintain standardized product development and launch playbooks to support rapid platform growth across diverse service lines and provider network structures.

  • Systems & Product Synergy: Work in tandem with the Systems Architecture pillar to ensure user-facing product features map seamlessly to underlying data infrastructure.

  • Change Management & Strategic Communications: Oversee implementation comms and enablement strategies to ensure providers and clinical ops teams navigate platform shifts smoothly and feel supported in delivering care.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related high-growth digital health/healthcare function.

  • People Leadership: Proven track record as a direct people manager with demonstrated success setting operational roadmaps, delegating effectively, managing senior ICs, and mentoring team members.

  • Product & Systems Acumen: Deep experience navigating the software development lifecycle, product rollouts, and tech stacks (Salesforce, EHR, Zendesk, Asana, Jira).

  • Healthcare & Clinical Context: Direct experience working closely with clinicians, care providers, or clinical leadership in a healthcare or digital health setting; deep understanding of how to balance clinical workflows with product growth goals.

  • Strategic Communication & XFN Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to storytell, manage senior executive/XFN stakeholders, and negotiate competing priorities across departments.

  • Operational Insight: Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational and product health metrics to evaluate launch success, measure adoption, and continuously refine processes.
