About the role

Riot Platform’s Operations team is seeking a highly organized and strategic-minded Operations Business Enablement Manager to drive the coordination and strategic alignment of all business functions within the teams.  

The Business Enablement Manager will oversee high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and accountability across the leadership team. This role partners closely with senior leaders to design, implement, and optimize processes that support scalable, sustainable growth. Serving as a strategic integrator and operational leader, the Business Enablement Manager acts as a trusted advisor, project driver, and solution-oriented problem solver—ensuring focus, strengthening team engagement, and enhancing overall organizational productivity.

This position will be based in our Denver office.


What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Operations Leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage key projects by overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and performance targets while proactively mitigating risks.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between business lines to foster strong partnerships, consistent communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead initiatives spanning tactical and strategic levels across multiple departments and leadership functions.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, develop agendas, and manage follow-up actions to ensure team alignment and timely execution.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve overall efficiency and identify opportunities for innovation in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards, providing guidance as needed.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Support talent acquisition and lead the development of comprehensive onboarding experiences and professional development programs.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Substantial experience working with platform-oriented teams is required.
  • Excellent written and technical communications skills; must feel comfortable presenting to executives within the company about the most strategically engaged opportunities, areas of need, and return on investment.
  • Proven background in building thought leader and training programs for high-performing, platform teams
  • Demonstrated working background with partners and vendors on joint programs, roadmaps, and initiatives.
  • Candidate will exhibit confidence and influence when presenting verbal and written proposals or responses to stakeholders, structuring agreements, and be comfortable developing project timelines, deliverables, and results across the organization.
  • Experience in strategic planning, leading organizational change, and directing multiple teams and departments.


Compensation and Benefits 

  • Competitive Salary: $120k - $135k (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
