Perform administrative payroll and general office support for a manufacturing plant: maintain databases and reports, audit for accuracy, provide backup coverage, support projects and plant initiatives, protect confidential information, communicate across levels, and meet deadlines using Microsoft Office while working any shift and around food allergens.
Perform administrative job duties in an efficient, safe and accurate manner, while following all company policies and procedures. Provide problem-solving assistance to the department and maintain controls necessary to assure accuracy of system data. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire division in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy.
