SUMMARY

At Google, our mission in Marketing is to demonstrate how our products solve the world’s problems. For the Wiz team within Google Cloud, that means bringing game-changing cloud and AI security infrastructure to enterprises with unprecedented speed and urgency.

As a Marketing Specialist for Global Programs, you will sit at the intersection of Google Cloud’s massive scale and Wiz’s fast-moving product culture. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operational delivery and logistical execution of global demand generation initiatives. Reporting to the Global Programs Manager, you will manage campaign deployment pipelines, distribute highly templatized program frameworks to regional teams, and keep our critical pipeline engines running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own Webinar Logistics & Virtual Events: Manage the end-to-end operational execution of Wiz-hosted webinars and digital events. This includes landing page configuration, audience segmentation, promotion streams, live logistics coordination, and post-event lead routing pipelines.
  • Manage "Always On" Demand Programs: Coordinate the day-to-day delivery and execution of our perpetual pipeline networks, including intent-driven survey campaigns and specialized B2B vendor networks (e.g., SimplyDirect, BrightTALK).
  • Deploy Templatized Programs for Scale: Package centralized Google Cloud/Wiz strategies into highly standardized, turnkey program templates. Enable regional field marketing teams by providing pre-packaged messaging, automated email workflows, creative assets, and execution playbooks that allow initiatives to scale globally with minimal friction.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Velocity: Partner closely with internal teams across digital marketing, product marketing, field operations, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure flawless program delivery timelines and asset coordination.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign operations, or demand generation within the technology, Enterprise SaaS, or cloud computing sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Operational Execution: Proven ability to operate with speed, agility, and high attention to detail in a hyper-growth environment; comfortable taking hands-on ownership of complex operational logistics.
  • Platform & Vendor Expertise: Hands-on experience executing campaigns utilizing virtual event platforms and content delivery syndication networks (e.g., BrightTALK, SimplyDirect), as well as enterprise marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Program Standardization: Experience adapting centralized marketing initiatives into reusable, templatized frameworks that can be deployed efficiently by global stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of aligning deliverables across diverse international teams and varying time zones.
