Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will help build the processes, systems and reporting that keep marketing programmes organised and measurable. You will work across CRM, marketing automation, data and reporting, partnering with strategists and channel specialists to improve campaign execution and data quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Maintain and improve marketing processes, workflows and systems across client accounts

  • Support CRM and marketing automation setup, data management and campaign workflows

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring marketing reports

  • Monitor data quality, tracking and consistency across marketing platforms

  • Coordinate campaign setup and ensure required tracking and assets are in place

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that make marketing operations more efficient

  • Work with marketing specialists to support lead tracking, attribution and reporting

  • Document processes, workflows and best practices for internal and client use

  • Troubleshoot operational and data issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, analytics or a related role

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills

  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation or reporting platforms

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and marketing data

  • Understanding of lead management, campaign tracking and marketing attribution

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data or process inconsistencies

  • Ability to document processes clearly and improve workflows

  • Comfortable collaborating with marketing, creative and client-facing teams

NICE TO HAVE
Agency experience; HubSpot or Salesforce experience; familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager; experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools; basic SQL knowledge; and experience with marketing automation platforms.
