Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who’s passionate about building organic, long-term growth for monday CRM. Reporting to the Head of Marketing CRM, you’ll own key non-paid channels such as lifecycle, website, SEO, and more.

You’ll develop and execute programs that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption — and play a central role in scaling CRM’s presence and impact across the funnel.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for a self-starter who loves building content-rich experiences that drive measurable results.

About monday CRM:

The CRM product operates as a startup entity within our company. With a team of over 80 individuals spanning product, R&D, design, analysts, marketing, product marketing, content creation, and even video editing, we possess all the necessary resources to build an exceptional organization and drive rapid growth for the company.

Launched in May 2022, our CRM product has seen exceptional growth. With over 32K paying accounts and 22X ARR growth compared to monday.com main product, this is one of the fastest-growing CRM in the world - even though, CRM is the biggest most competitive SaaS industry and the potential ahead is vast.

About The Role
  • Own and execute non-paid growth initiatives for monday CRM across SEO, lifecycle, and web.
  • Own and manage the CRM web funnels — working with the web and content teams to optimize existing pages and build new ones that support CRM objectives.
  • Partner with the SEO team to ensure a robust SEO to drive high-intent traffic, working with internal stakeholders and freelancers when needed.
  • Partner with the Lifecycle team to optimize user journey — including email, in-app, onboarding flows, and other campaigns that support retention and expansion.
  • Partner with product marketing to support feature launches and product education initiatives across non-paid channels.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve CRM’s non-paid presence, including social, blog, website, and customer programs.
  • Work closely with analysts and content writers to monitor performance and refine strategy across key metrics (traffic, activation, engagement, etc.).

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, with proven success in web management, SEO, and lifecycle programs.
  • Experience owning and improving website sections or landing pages in collaboration with web, design, and content teams.
  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing SEO programs — from keyword research to content briefs and reporting.
  • Experience running email and lifecycle campaigns across different stages of the funnel (onboarding, retention, expansion).
  • Strong project management skills — able to prioritize, manage cross-functional workstreams, and hit deadlines.
  • Collaborative, organized, and proactive — you like to build, not just execute.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
  • An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work!
  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter/remote work
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills
  • Award-winning work environment - named a “Best Place to Work” by BuiltIn as well as “Great Place To Work” certified
  • We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
  • A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo
