Join our expanding, high-performing SEM team – a core component of monday.com's growth engine entrusted with a substantial portion of our marketing investment. We're seeking a talented SEM Manager to become an integral part of this team.
About The Role
You'll manage key campaigns, uncover new user acquisition avenues and growth opportunities, collaborate across our Growth, Creative, and Analytics functions, and directly influence monday.com's success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on emerging user acquisition opportunities and trends in global markets.
- Develop profitability strategies that directly contribute to the SEM team's expansion and success.
- Leverage data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize the synergy of all marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in working with large datasets to draw actionable conclusions and develop strategic recommendations.
- Proactive and adaptable with a strong growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from initiation to completion with a positive "can-do" attitude.
