About The Role:
We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and technically-savvy GTM Manager to lead partner initiatives at monday dev, our product built for modern software engineering teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling partnerships — both with solution partners and technology partners — to help us grow our presence in the market and accelerate revenue.
This is a high-ownership position with end-to-end responsibility for partner success. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and enablement teams to build strong relationships, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, and ensure our partners are empowered to sell and scale monday dev.
About The Role
- Identify and develop strategic solution partner opportunities, focusing on partners that can bring monday dev into new markets and accounts.
- Own partner enablement: build compelling messaging, pitch materials, and training that empower solution partners to confidently sell and support monday dev.
- Drive technology partnerships: identify key tech partners and work with them to build co-marketing and co-selling GTM initiatives that support mutual goals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on partner strategy, lead generation, and deal support.
- Serve as a monday dev ambassador — able to pitch the platform from both a technical and business lens, tailored to developers, CTOs, and go-to-market stakeholders alike.
- Take full ownership of the partner GTM function: from strategy and planning to execution and optimization — all with a startup mindset and bias toward action.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or go-to-market strategy — ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or related tech domains.
- A strong technical orientation — you can understand and explain developer workflows, tools, and value props with confidence.
- Equally comfortable talking to developers and business decision-makers, with a clear understanding of what motivates each.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive — thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments with lots of ownership.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and storytelling skills.
