  • Serve as a scientific marketing partner by assessing platform use cases, reviewing customer relevance of platform outputs, and engaging subject matter experts when deeper validation is needed.
  • Contribute to knowledgebase strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and organize relevant scientific, product, protocol, publication, and application content.
  • Use platform analytics, customer insights, and marketing performance data to optimize adoption programs and identify future growth opportunities, including growth marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement.

  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, launch plans, or customer engagement programs in life sciences, biotechnology, scientific products, digital platforms, informatics, e-commerce, or related markets.
  • Ability to translate academic and translational research workflows, protocols, and technical content into clear customer messaging, campaign assets, and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations with marketing, product management, IT, legal, commercial, digital, business unit, and agency stakeholders.
  • Ability to use marketing performance data, customer insights, and digital engagement metrics to optimize programs and inform growth opportunities.
  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree in a life science discipline or equivalent scientific experience.
  • Experience in molecular biology, cell biology, protein biology, antibodies, imaging, flow cytometry, cell and gene therapy, synthetic biology, neuroscience, oncology, immunology, or related research areas.
  • Experience supporting launch, adoption, lifecycle marketing, or engagement programs for AI-enabled products, digital customer experiences, scientific software, customer portals, bioinformatics tools, or knowledge management solutions.
  • Familiarity with claims development, scientific content governance, legal review, terms and conditions, responsible AI considerations, or commercial enablement.
  • Experience working in a global organization with regional marketing and commercial teams.

Key Success Measures:

  • Successful development and execution of the marketing plan for platform launch and early adoption.
