Thirsty Lion was established in Portland Oregon and currently has 11 locations in Oregon, Arizona, Colorado and Texas with plans to continue growth nationwide.

QualificationsQualifications are as follows:
- Minimum of 3 years high volume restaurant/bar management
- Experience with craft cocktails, draught beer and wine and show track record of developing high quality bartenders is preferred
- Personal philosophy that guests and employees come first
- Exceptional team building skills
- Track record of growing restaurant and bar sales by employee engagement,
- guest satisfaction and creative ideas
- Must have the drive and desire to be the best!
- Must be unflappable! Thrive in high volume situations and communicate well with FOH and BOH staff
- Respectful of the kitchen, the food, the guests and co workers
- History of success in meeting or exceeding budget requirements and managing staffing, inventory, production and execution of very high standards
